RETURNS


At My Perfect Pair we pride ourselves on providing all customers with stellar service in all areas of our business. However if you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased, we are happy to provide a full refund, permitting the item has been returned to us unused/unworn within 14 days

Please make yourself aware of the following steps before making a return:

Step 1: Please email us at sales@myperfectpair.co.uk with your full name, order reference, name of the item purchased and a quick line stating that you wish to return the item. This must be done in order for us to know what item is being returned and from which customer.

Step 2: Please pack your item(s) securely and make sure you include a copy of the ‘packaging slip’ that was sent with your initial purchase and delivery. We will not be able to process your return if you are unable to provide a copy of the packaging slip.

Step 3: Please send the item to the following address

Step 4: Once the item is back in our possession along with the packaging slip, we will be able to process your refund as soon as possible. Please be aware that refunds can only be processed between Monday and Friday.

Please Note: The responsibility of the item(s) a customer wishes to return, lies solely with the customer until it is received by The Sole Box at the above address. Therefore, it is highly recommended that you send the items that you wish to return with a delivery service that insures you for the value of the item(s). The Sole Box is not liable for any cost involved in the postage and shipping of the item you are returning to us.

The Sole Box does not currently have an ‘Exchange’ service. As a result we kindly recommend that if you wish to change your item for a different style or size, you follow the ‘Return’ steps above and subsequently make a new purchase.
